Job Summary



  • Our company is looking for an Executive Assistant who will work closely with the Business Head of the Power Division. The ideal candidate should have excellent data analysis skills, as well as presentation skills.

  • Prior experience working with C-level executives will be an added advantage.

  • This person will serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • She will be responsible for maintaining and, managing the Business Head’s calendar, as well as arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Some of their responsibilities will include traveling to meet with large corporate and government clients.


Responsibilities



  • Maintain and manage the Business Head’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Draft and review correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of the Business Head, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business development and growth. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the industry.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports based on insights received.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information, and prepare reports, and presentations for executive meetings.

  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel, occasionally.

  • Assisting Power Group Business Head for entire Business Operation.


Qualifications

Educational Qualification:



  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.

  • A Master's Degree or Postgraduate certification will be an added advantage.


Experience:



  • 4 - 6 years of experience.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives will be an added advantage.


Skills Requirements:



  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation

  • Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in work and strong attention to detail

  • Research and Analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Business and Domain Knowledge of the Power Industry

  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
