Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients and partners to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into profitable business deals.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Word to analyze sales and distribution data.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
New Product Development (NPD) Tracking:
- Track and report on the progress of new product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Provide feedback and insights on potential improvements and innovations.
Research and Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential niches.
- Analyze data to assess market feasibility and competitiveness.
- Stay updated on industry news and developments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field. Business and Marketing related fields are at an advantage. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- 4 - 5 years work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
