Key Responsibilities

Business Development:



  • Identify and target potential clients and partners to expand our client base.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into profitable business deals.

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.


Data Analysis and Reporting:



  • Utilize spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Word to analyze sales and distribution data.

  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.


New Product Development (NPD) Tracking:



  • Track and report on the progress of new product development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

  • Provide feedback and insights on potential improvements and innovations.


Research and Market Analysis:



  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential niches.

  • Analyze data to assess market feasibility and competitiveness.

  • Stay updated on industry news and developments.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in any field. Business and Marketing related fields are at an advantage. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

  • 4 - 5 years work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
