Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Quickly and accurately take consumer orders.
- Make product recommendations and respond to queries from customers.
- Handle cash, transfer, and POS transactions and customer payment processing.
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with standard practices.
- Properly package orders to guarantee that customers receive their goods in decent, safe, and wholesome shape.
- Ensure that meal presentation and quality adhere to corporate requirements.
- Keep the work areas clean and sanitary, including the holding cabinets, counter, microwave, drinks cooler, etc.
- Restock supplies and keep inventory levels consistent.
- Comply with all hygiene and food safety rules.
- Promote to customers new menu items or special discounts.
- React calmly and professionally to any complaints or concerns from customers.
- Work together with team members to achieve efficient operations and outstanding service.
Qualification / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or another related discipline
- Certification or diploma in customer service management preferred
- 6 months of relevant work experience in a food service brand
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing
- Preferably female
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must reside in Abuja
