Description 

• We are looking for an individual who can work with the Palm Hotel software team as a Project Marketing Operations officer.

Responsibilities 

• Provide professional marketing guidance and support to our hotel clients to enhance their room sales and occupancy rate.


• Troubleshoot / escalate any challenge our clients may encounter on the software


• Offer innovative strategies and solutions to ensure that our marketing tools are effectively utilized, leading to successful outcomes for our hotel clients.


• Analyze digital data to promote online presence


• Management and Creation of Social Media Accounts to promote digital presence, while developing promotional ads for media space and contents


• Assisting departmental goals to achieve set targets and objectives while providing useful tools and support to aid management decisions

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should be a BSc or HND holder, have experience in the hospitality industry as a sales executive and have knowledge of hotel software is a must.


• Hotel sales / digital marketing experience is an added advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary: N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
