Raadaa Partners International Limited is looking to hire a digital marketer who will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive our brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and customer segments for online campaigns.
Content Marketing:
- Develop and manage content marketing plans, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
Social Media Marketing:
- Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars.
- Create and curate engaging social media posts to build and maintain a strong online presence.
Email Marketing:
- Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
- Segment email lists for personalized messaging.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
- A/B testing and optimization of user journeys.
Online Advertising:
- Manage online ad campaigns on various platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Budget allocation and optimization.
Marketing Automation:
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitors' digital marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.
Budget Management:
- Plan and allocate budgets effectively across various digital marketing channels.
- Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software).
