Job Summary

• We are currently looking for Internal Auditors to work at a Quick Service Restaurant at Wuse 2, Abuja.


• The Internal Auditor will be responsible for safeguarding company assets by ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.

Job Description

• Carry out regular audit on operations process to ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.


• Maintain financial security by adhering to internal control processes.


• Maintain customer and employee confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential


• Assist in preparing monthly schedule for account preparation


• Appraise and evaluate company’s real assets and equipment, recording information such as the property's description and depreciation rate


• Survey operations to ascertain internal control needs and recommend and maintain solutions to the business issues


• Keeps up-to-date on audit procedures and regulations by attending conferences, workshops, and continuing education seminars.


• Analyses audit results to determine methods for increasing profits and decreasing unnecessary costs.


• Prepares reports and preserves documentation pertaining to audits for internal record


• Workdays shall be 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline


• 1 - 2 years’ post NYSC Experience working as an Internal Auditor


• Student membership of CITN/ ICAN/ACCA will be an advantage


• Practical knowledge with accounting tools and software, including excel


• Candidates must live close to the work location.
