Requirements


Candidates should possess



  • Minimum of Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE).

  • Minimum of Four (4) years’ experience in a the hospitality industry

  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures


Experience as a Cook such as:



  • The fundamental function of this position is to cook and prepare in-flight and facility meals for passengers, cabin crew, guest.

  • Adhere to all company policies and company issued manuals, ensure all safety procedures are followed and also ensure a safe kitchen and galley environment

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Ensure food and beverages are served at the correct temperatures and presented according to the service standards

  • Maintain a sterile kitchen and its environment

  • Maintain adequate documentation of food preparation and storage records

  • Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that quality standards are met

  • Check the quantity and quality of received products.
