Job Description

• Devise a highly efficient realestate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.


• Work with Sales Team to Deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation.


• Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.


• Manage marketing and sales activities, advertising and promotional events.


• Supervise the media team to also Produce valuable and engaging content.


• Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.


• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.

Qualifications

• An experienced graduate, 3 - 5 years experience in marketing


• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry will be an advantage.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
