Job Description
- The ideal candidate is to work closely with the Account Manager in the effective discharge of some of the core Account and Finance deliverables within the organization.
Other duties include but not limited to:
- Recording transactions, payments and expenses, processing invoices
- Maintaining HMO income Ledger and followup on outstanding HMO debts
- Assist in filling and remitting taxes and other financial obligations where necessary
- Vetting all account receivables and payables and forwarding same to theFinance Manager
- Assist in the disbursement of petty cash
- Vetting of all lens requests received from the different branches
- Maintain proper filling of all account document
- Carry out other instructions as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
