  • Responsible for developing new processes or procedures to help the organization become more efficient in the future.

  • Responsible for working with other department to develop new ways of working, implement improvement, and ensure that everything is running smoothly.

  • Responsible for ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently by Identifying areas for Improvement, developing solutions, and Implementing changes.

  • Responsible for working with all department to Identify opportunities for Improvement, Implement process changes, and track and report on results.


Key Responsibilities & Duties



  • Analyze data to Identify opportunities for Improvement in existing processes.

  • Work with management to determine strategy for a new Initiatives.

  • Communicate with staff about process changes in order to ensure that employees are fully knowledgeable about new procedures.

  • Create reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on progress of process Improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Motivate employees to Improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Help promote the company’s culture that encourage top performance and high morale.

  • Make Important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

  • Review employee performance to ensure that they are adhering to new processes.

  • Work with Lead, people operations and culture finance and head of operations to Identify opportunities for Improvement and Implement solution.

  • Being a part of the QMS (Quality Management Systems).
