Job Summary

• Our client seeks to employ a qualified Chartered Accountant as the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) with relevant experience in the financial service industry,good academic credentials and the right attitudeto oversee the financial control and back-office activities that support operations on and off -site.

Qualification & Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or in any related field.


• Professional accounting qualification is a must;e.g,ACA,ACCA,CPA or other equivalents.


• Minimmum of seven (7) years relevant industry experience in the financial service industry(Micro Finance Bank) at the management level is required.


• Must have good working knowledge of any accounting software and MS Excel worksheet.


• Must have the ability to write procedural manuals,Reports & correspondences.


• A prior working experience in the financial service sector(MFB) at management level will be an added advantage.


• Ability to effectively work under tight reporting deadlines.


• Ability to ensure treasury management is up to date and effective.


• An efficient Team Leader with strong organizational skills and keen attention to deail.


• The ideal candidate must be young ,smart,dynamic and with capacity to think out of the box.


• Age consideration will not be above 45 years as at the date of application.
