Requirement :

• Familiarity with network protocols (IP)


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Basic Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS


• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.


• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation


• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems


• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues


• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components


• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software


• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices


• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly


• Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation


• Configure , Manage and Troubleshoot CCTV Systems .


• Configure , Manage and Troubleshoot  IP-PBX / Intercom System.


• Systems Backup for Organisation .

Qualifications

• OND / HND/ BSc. in Computer Science or related Field


• At least 2 years working experience in this field


• Age Limit:  30 Years

Remuneration

N150,000 – N180,000 / Month
