Support the success of the sales team by providing technical knowledge during the sales process
Develop trust and credibility by helping clients solve their business problems Meet with clients prior to product delivery and help establish and clarify their specific business needs and technical requirements
Ensure customer questions and concerns regarding Infodata’s products and solutions are addressed and help them make the most informed buying decision possible.
Collaborate with the technical team to define, design, and detail the aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions
Work with the technical team and ensure delivery of effective Proof of Concept (POC) to prospective customers
Demonstrate technical knowledge of Infodata’s various product options to potential customers and follow up with them, making every effort to close the sale professionally. Continuously expand knowledge of the company’s product lines
Accurately communicate all technical specifications to potential customers
Offer related products and services to new customers
Participate in system acceptance testing and change management process.
Coach clients on how to use the products or solutions that have been deployed
Collaborate with the sales team, technical teams and senior management to develop successful product sales technique
Qualifications
4+ years of product sales experience
Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or another similar field.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
Technical knowledge of IT solutions
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Ability to break down technical jargon into understandable terms
Excellent listening and presentation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
