Job Description

• Our client is seeks to hire a General Manager with passion for kids fashion who will oversee the operations of the business, drive sales and manage staff.


• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, sales, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.


• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.


• Create and maintain a positive work environment.


• Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are on hand.


• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.


• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Management or any related discipline.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fashion industry.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good leadership and people management.
