Summary of Responsibilities
- Partner in the identification, development and implementation of business solutions across a given function to interpret and align global programs to meet unique business and geographic needs when appropriate.
- Maximize revenue by identifying, selling and executing growth opportunities with assigned strategic partners; includes project management.
- Identify issues and opportunities, understand trends and provide specialized business management advice to senior management and respective teams while raising industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of cognate commercial business development/partnerships experience. In HR Consulting organization is a MUST
- Ability to build rapport and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Effective partnering skills to build consensus; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders across multiple groups.
- Candidates should not be more than 40 years old.
