Position Overview:



  • We are in search of a motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Your contributions will be instrumental in scaling our user base and enhancing our brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop Growth Strategies: Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute growth marketing strategies targeting user acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  • Digital Marketing: Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEM, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing.

  • User Acquisition: Implement strategies to boost new user sign-ups for Simplebks.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior and enhance conversion paths on our platform and website to increase conversion rates.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Content Marketing: Work closely with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content to captivate our target audience.

  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring marketing campaigns effectively support the sales process and drive revenue growth.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with financial institutions, including banks, to facilitate bulk customer acquisition and promote Simplebks as the preferred financial management solution.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns related to sales and partnerships, optimizing strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with sales team members, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (Experience in SaaS or Financial Service industry will be an advantage).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding growth targets.

  • Previous experience in collaborating with sales teams and managing channel partnerships.

  • Proven ability to drive sales growth through marketing efforts.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Understanding of the financial services industry and partnership dynamics.
