Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of our team at our Lekki location. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support, with a strong focus on knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers promptly, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter medications, and health-related items to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Medication Guidance: Assist customers with medication-related questions, dosage instructions, and potential interactions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Sales Support: Promote sales of pharmaceutical and retail products, suggesting additional items based on customer needs and preferences.
- Compliance: Adhere to all pharmaceutical regulations, including record-keeping, prescription verification, and controlled substance protocols.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to management to improve product offerings and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc qualification. (Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is an advantage).
- Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Service Representative in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and health-related items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and transactions.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
