JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide support for attainment of transactional processing targets across E-Channels through engagement of Internal and external stakeholders for optimal utilisation of digital Channels applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years' experience in Merchant Solutions and Product development within the financial industry
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Behavioural Competencies
- Internal and external stakeholder management in digital channel space.
- Daily interaction with the Ebusiness IT team.
- Customer request resolution
Technical Competencies
- Daily and weekly reports on on-boarding merchants
- Daily and Monthly report of performance of on-boarded merchants.
- Daily tracking of stock levels, and requisition of depleted stock
