As a Digital Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers, closing orders, and ensuring the successful delivery of products. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers who place orders using the payment on delivery method.


• Confirm orders by employing persuasive communication techniques to encourage purchases.


• Coordinate with delivery agents across various Nigerian states to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.


• Conduct follow-up calls and communication to verify successful delivery and customer satisfaction.


• Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the order and delivery process.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.


• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.


• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and software.


• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
