About the job



  • We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to join our team.

  • As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:



  • Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.

  • Conduct effective sales negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales activities.

  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and promote our products or services.

  • Stay up-to-date on sales techniques and best practices, seeking continuous professional development opportunities.

  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and sales procedures.

  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry (tech) or with related products/services.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Adaptability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to our products or services is an advantage.

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
