RESPONSIBILITY:

• This position is responsible for leading, driving and supporting software development teams in the innovation, design, development, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software programs and applications.


• The product manager must develop short- and long-term strategies for developing scalable software products and services, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and business objectives.

Specific tasks include:

• An engineering degree in computer science or electronics


• Strong Design and Analytical Skills with good understanding of Design Patterns


• Must have 4+ years of Java/J2EE/Spring/JPA


• Must have 4+ years of experience with Web API / Angular 4+ / PrimeNG / Angular Materials / Bootstrap / JQuery / JavaScript


• Strong working Experience in application development using client-side technologies like Bootstrap/HTML/Java Script/CSS/AJAX/JQuery


• Strong understanding of J2EE/Microservices architectures


• Must have 4+ years of experience working with SQL Server, MySQL and other Databases


• At least 2+ years of working with Tomcat / Jboss or other application server


• Experience working with SOAP Web Service with WS-Security


• Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, XML, XML Schemas, XSLT, JSON, RESTful Web Services


• Strong Knowledge of WS-Security, OAuth, OpenID is required


• Any additional qualifications like GraphDB, BigData, NoSQL is highly preferred


• Agile development experience is preferred


• Mobile App development experience is an added plus


• Good Communication and presentation skills

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Masters degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or any quantitative and analytical focused degrees.


• A Bachelor’s degree holder with demonstrated experience, will also be considered


• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a digital or related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on product development and management experience, including, definition, creation, initial launch, sales, and optimization of the product and services


• Experience in building unique, and differentiated, and particularly profitable customer and product value propositions.


• Ability to present compelling business cases for investment in new products and services development.


• Demonstrated project management experience and excellence in driving cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. A PMP certification is a plus.


• Proven success in delivering complex products/services in a high growth environment.


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.


• Excellent oral and written business communications, and creativity in problem solving. 


• Prior experience in financial accounting applications and ERP solutions 


• You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
