Job Summary
- Our Client is looking to hire Quality Control Officer who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's quality control function.
- He or she ensures products meet corporate standards as well as all applicable government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Carry out quality assessment measures on all the finished products and incoming raw materials.
- Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned line manager at the earliest possible time.
- Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines.
- Provide quality-related training to the workers.
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels all the time.
- Monitor the production phase at various levels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Biotechnology.
- 1-2 years of experience in the same domain is preferred.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Emails.
- Profound knowledge of quality control standards (QMS, FSSM, etc.) and audits.
