Role & Responsibilities:


As the Supply Chain and Operations Manager at Vitalvida, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will encompass:



  • End-to-End Visibility: Implement robust tracking systems to achieve comprehensive visibility across the entire supply chain, from Telesales order placement to last-mile delivery.

  • Team Responsibilities & Accountability: Assign clear responsibilities to team members, fostering precise audit trails and ensuring accountability at every stage of the supply chain process.

  • Performance Appraisals: Conduct regular performance evaluations for Telesales, last-mile delivery, and inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels and turnover rates.

  • Compliance & Audits: Establish compliance protocols and conduct routine audits of Telesales and last-mile delivery operations. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Thoroughly document audits and corrective actions taken.

  • KPI Definition and Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Telesales, last-mile delivery, and inventory management teams. Continuously monitor and assess these metrics to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Utilize insights gathered from assessments to implement process improvements, develop training programs, and integrate technological enhancements. Drive ongoing optimization for a seamless and streamlined supply chain.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience in supply chain management with a track record of implementing successful operations strategies.

  • Proficient with Google sheet or Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the eCommerce industry.

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
