We are looking to fill in a Sales Pest Control Manager positions within Inside and Outside Sales that would oversee a team of reps.
Responsibilities
Understand and effectively communicate product offerings, functionally, positioning, and competitive advantage.
Manage and grow existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer’s needs.
Participate in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, exhibitions or conferences and professional development opportunities
Coordinate sales presentations to clients with your team by explaining the identified pest problems, instructing them about the services we offer to combat the pest problems, and setting reasonable expectations for resolution of the issues
Hitting daily department proactive number for cold calling B2B and B2C, and networking touches.
Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pest infestation.
Design and carry out pest management plans
Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests.
Measure the dimensions of the area needing treatment.
Inspect and knowing how to treat crawlspace areas.
Ensure customers satisfaction and continued patronage through a series of follow-ups and customer engagement.
Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections
Serve as a key member of the organization that is accountable for growing sales.
Overseeing the outside sales department to ensure maximum performance is achieved and monthly goals (KPI) are met.
