Job Summary:



  • We are excited to announce a job opportunity for the position of Administrative Manager at Cozym Limited.

  • This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and supporting various departments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervising day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, organized, and efficient work environment.

  • Ensuring the proper functioning of office technology, including computers, printers, telecommunication systems, and other equipment.

  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement, inventory control, and maintenance.

  • Overseeing workplace safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Coordinating maintenance and repair activities, including building repairs, renovations, and security systems.

  • Collaborating with senior management to align administrative functions with overall organizational goals and objectives.

  • Organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to administrative functions.

  • Overseeing the organization and maintenance of important documents, records, and files.

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation for employees or guests.

  • Managing administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and evaluating their performance.

  • Assisting in the development and monitoring of the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

  • Manage all operating expenses within the set company limit.


Qualifications:



  • 5 years of progressive experience in HR, Operations, and Administration roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Proven experience in administrative management

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in human resource management will be an added advantage.
