Job Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting accuracy: Ensuring budgets and forecasts accurately reflect the financial performance and outlook of the business.


• Business performance: Analyzing key performance indicators such as margins and return on investment to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.


• Process improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


• Business growth: Supporting the growth of the business through investment analysis.


• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.


• Stakeholder satisfaction: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and operational teams to ensure their financial needs are being met.

Educational Qualifications:

• BSc/HND in Accounting and other related decipline

Requirements:

• Minimum 3years experience in the FMCG industry


• Expert use of Excel


• Ability to create dashboards and reports.


• Strong analytical skills and business knowledge


• Self-confident with integrity


• Good interpersonal communication skills


• Innovative and Creative


• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
