Job Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting accuracy: Ensuring budgets and forecasts accurately reflect the financial performance and outlook of the business.
- Business performance: Analyzing key performance indicators such as margins and return on investment to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Process improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Business growth: Supporting the growth of the business through investment analysis.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Stakeholder satisfaction: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and operational teams to ensure their financial needs are being met.
Educational Qualifications:
- BSc/HND in Accounting and other related decipline
Requirements:
- Minimum 3years experience in the FMCG industry
- Expert use of Excel
- Ability to create dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
- Self-confident with integrity
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Innovative and Creative
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
