Job Description

• Requirements Gathering: Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


• Systems Analysis: Analyzing existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions.


• System Design: Creating detailed system design documents, including flowcharts, data models, and interface designs.


• Testing and QA: Developing and executing test plans to ensure systems meet specified requirements and quality standards.


• Implementation Support: Assisting in implementing new systems or system enhancements, ensuring a smooth transition.


• Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, user manuals, and technical guides.


• Continuous Improvement: Monitoring system performance, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to optimize processes.


• User Assistance: Providing technical support and assistance to end-users,
  
  addressing their IT-related issues, and resolving problems promptly.


• Hardware and Software Support: Diagnosing and repairing hardware
