Position Overview:



  • As the Digital Marketing Associate at Lothego Limited, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and promoting our services and educational courses.

  • You will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, content marketing, and user engagement to drive conversions and grow our audience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive user engagement, with a specific focus on the Edutech sector.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with our followers, and community, and creating compelling social media content and campaigns.

  • SEO Expertise: Lead SEO efforts to optimize website and social media content, structure, and performance, ensuring that our courses and content rank prominently in search engine results.

  • Content Marketing: Create and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including text and visual-based content for social media pages, blog posts, videos, email webinars, and more.

  • Copywriting: Craft persuasive, educational, and SEO-friendly copy for digital content, campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing.

  • User Conversion: Implement strategies to increase user conversion rates through A/B testing, optimization of landing pages, and other digital tactics.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and copywriting.

  • Excellent portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns and content.

  • A deep understanding of the Edutech industry, its trends, and its target audience.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools, content management systems, and digital marketing software.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with PPC advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
