A Hostel in Yaba is looking for a female Hostel Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of tenants in the hostel.

Job Description

• Responsible for checking tenants in and out of the hostel.


• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with the tenants.


• Supervise the cleaning of the hostel and public areas.


• Responsible for inspecting all parts of the hostel to ensure a safe and secure environment.


• Maintain effective communication with the management, particularly in taking crucial decisions.


• Investigate accidents and incidents; take necessary action to prevent similar events from occurring.


• Provide first aid to injured tenants

Requirements 

• 2 years experience in a comparable position


• Ability to manage and communicate confidential information while exercising independent judgment.


• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking


• Strong leadership abilities for team collaboration and leadership


• Possesses a high degree of patience and empathy.


• Must live within Yaba and it’s axis

Salary: N80, 000 monthly.
