JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Dredge Master, you will play a pivotal role in our dredging operations. Your expertise should encompass offshore and channel dredging within and outside your locality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Assume overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of dredging equipment.


• Lead and supervise the dredging team, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.


• Collaborate closely with project managers to meet project objectives, deadlines, and budget constraints.


• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges that may arise during dredging operations.


• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


• Demonstrate cultural and community sensitivity in project management.
