Job Description



The Role



  • Assist project manager with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information.

  • Organise, attend and participate in project meetings.

  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Develop work plan detailing activities for project implementation and close-out.

  • Manage daily project activities to ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget and scope.

  • Track daily project progress and prepare status report for stakeholders.

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plan.

  • Review work completed by sub-contractors ensuring it meets the required level of quality.

  • Prepare project budget and monitor cost during implementation.

  • Prepare project P&L report for management.

  • Respond to RFIs from Client.

  • Manage vendors’ purchase order(s) and milestone payments.

  • Assist with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks such as material, asset procurement and labour.

  • Collecting and analysing relevant data for project performance evaluation.

  • Provide administrative support as needed

  • Any other tasks as the work progresses


Skills And Qualifications



  • B.Sc./HND degree in civil engineering/building/estate management or any related field from a reputable institution of higher learning with 5 years experience as project coordinator,

  • Project Management Skills

  • Advanced spreadsheet program skills,

  • High proficiency in MS projects and Power BI,

  • Detail-Oriented

  • Able to thrive in a team environment and have excellent communication skills,

  • Have good time-management skills,

  • Good critical thinking skills to troubleshoot potential problems,

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
