As a result of organizational expansion, our firm is seeking to hire outstanding professionals for the below position:
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Partner in the identification, development and implementation of business solutions across a given function to interpret and align global programs to meet unique business and geographic needs when appropriate.
- Maximize revenue by identifying, selling and executing growth opportunities with assigned strategic partners; includes project management.
- Identify issues and opportunities, understand trends and provide specialized business management advice to senior management and respective teams while raising industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness.
- Act as a strategic partner to effectively manage own business management area and clarify scope of accountabilities while influencing and aligning others as needed.
- Continually work to improve the implementation process and client experience inclusive of identifying potential risks and dependencies.
- Develop business models, terms, and performance targets for partnerships.
- Leverage existing connections to build and cultivate a deep and trusted network amongst influential decision makers within key target organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements.
- Minimum 8 years of cognate commercial business development/partnerships experience in an HR Consulting organization is a MUST
- Must be adept in the use of online marketing applications /platforms.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to build rapport and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Effective partnering skills to build consensus; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders across multiple groups.
Candidates should not be more than 40 years old.
