Description

Our client is a financial services digital platform company that delivers secure and innovative digital solutions to address complex financial needs. We are looking for an individual with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to join our product management team.

The role entails working with cross-functional teams to design, build, launch and deploy our treasury and cash management, multi-bank connectivity and foreign currency conversion solutions, which deliver the company’s vision and strategy. The candidate will be required to manage the entire life cycle of the product as well as oversee the product and positioning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.


• Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners.


• Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.


• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.


• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve the customer experience, and drive growth.


• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product.


• Engage with banking partners and clients to enhance the working relationship between these parties and

Multigate.

• Assist with special projects as assigned by your line manager.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years working experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner


• Experience working in Financial services, Payments, Fintech or other related industries is a must


• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging protocols (MT/MX messages), ISO 20022 standards, and financial messaging systems.


• Experience managing product integration and implementation projects for clients
