Job Description

• Responding to customers' and merchants' questions, improving engagement and providing outstanding customer service.


• Achieving established goals.


• Increasing in store & logistics partners sales.


• Superior product knowledge.


• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers & merchants


• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.


• Generating leads.


• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.


• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.


• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.


• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.


• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.


• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.


• Understanding and promoting company programs.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Logistics Sales Associate,or similar role


• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices


• Proficiency in English


• Basic Math skills


• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements


• Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
