SUMMARY:


Responsible for developing new businesses. Increase the Company’s revenue with the existing Partners. Ensure excellent customer and partners’ experience and satisfaction thereby increasing the Company’s revenue.


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies. 

  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients. 

  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs). 

  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts. 

  • Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences. 

  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients’ information. 

  • Meet all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. 

  • Maintain a pipeline of all sales prospects. 

  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.  

  • Review strategy implementation timeframes and budgets. Brainstorm with the sales team to create new project strategies. 

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners. 

  • Prepare sales contracts by following company rules and guidelines on contracts. 

  • Attend networking events to develop new businesses. 

  • Research the market and industry trends and provide the management with information that aids decision-making. 

  • Manage the Company’s Partner and foreign markets and ensure they meet their targets. 

  • Manage the website and digital vendor to ensure they meet their set KPIs. 

  • Develop and implement business processes to achieve organizational goals. 

  • Monthly and weekly reporting on Revenue, Partners list, Prospects and status and 

  • Performance of all the external vendors (Website and Digital). 


REQUIREMENTS 



  • First Degree in Business Administration or related discipline 

  • 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience in business development.
