Job Description

• A collection agent’s primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and Whatsapp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payments on debts. To speak with them persuasively.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / NCE / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.


• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening


• Flexibility in handling computers (Computer literate)


• Excellent communication skills.

Remuneration

• Basic: 40,000.


• Bonus: 40,000.
