  • Call and follow up on leadsleads to Market and sell the company’s products and services.

  • Convert leads to sales.

  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.

  • Followthrough to know customer concerns are taken seriously

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
