  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to join our team at Biofil Technologies.

  • As the Client Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our products and services.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential clients in the market

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.

  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with clients' requirements.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 3-6 years experience.

  • Preferably female for gender balance

  • Proven work experience as a Client Acquisition Manager or in a similar sales role.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.

  • Solid understanding of market research, lead generation techniques, and sales methodologies.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
