  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory, reorder supplies as needed, and manage vendor relationships.

  • Oversee office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance when necessary.

  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders,

  • Input data accurately into databases or spreadsheets.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.

  • Assist in special projects and assignments as assigned by supervisors.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Experience:



  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative role or office management position.

  • Familiarity with office equipment and software applications.

  • Experience in handling administrative tasks in a professional and organized manner.
