Job Brief
- The Product Manager for Sales Automation is a critical position responsible for delivering solutions that optimize sales.
- You will work closely with sales, analytics and engineering to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications.
- To be successful, you must be able to ‘go broad and go deep’ - think strategically to define your vision, and then craft detailed designs and effectively communicate with your Engineering, QA and UX peers.
- Your solutions enable our sales network to further understand our customers, stock movement, our market coverage, optimize deliveries and identify areas of growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products
- Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
- Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users
Job Requirements
- B.Sc./ M.Sc Degree qualification
- 3+ years product management experience, preferably with CRM or
- Sales Automation solutions
- Direct experience working with Sales Automation solutions
- Technical background
- Agile, adaptable and capable of delivering new products and features iteratively
- Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback, assessing needs, and integrating into a cohesive design
- Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
