- We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to provide exceptional care to our patients.
- As a Physiotherapist at Lily, you will play a crucial role in improving the mobility, function, and overall health of our patients through evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Providing hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
- Monitoring and documenting patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Staying current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous professional development.
The Person
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's Degree (BMR) Physiotherapy / Medical Rehabilitation.
- 2 to 4 years relevant work experience in the health sector.
- Registration with the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy (NSP).
- A practice license from the Medical Rehabilitation Therapy Board of Nigeria
- Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion and empathy for patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Remuneration
