Job Description
As a Lead Business Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of NerdzFactory Company. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of our organization, and a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the company’s vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
- Oversees progress of the Company’s strategic initiatives
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
- Assist in closing and analyzing deals
- Identifies new strategic partners and attractive business ventures
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Working with closely with all staff across departments to implement growth strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, proposals, bid documents and other document as required
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls between customers and senior management for business expansion and new opportunities
- Manage customer meetings with internal team for project development and delivery activities
Qualification and Requirements:
- 5 years proven experience in business environment or in a non-profit
- Experienced professional in Business Analysis, Growth Expansion/Management, Brand Awareness, and Product Marketing
- HND/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Social Sciences and Project Management
- Experienced in project management and MS Office Suite, and Canva
- Rich experience in the IT/Tech industry
- Strong project management background and experience
- Must have experience in client management, developing client relationships
