Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and effectively managerelationship between the company and various categories of stakeholders.

  • Ensure all Data Centres are fully operational with all utilitiesset up to function optimally.

  • Maintain and optimise the condition of all facilities, ensuring they meet safety, health, and environmental standards.

  • Coordinate with local authorities to obtain all licenses needed for projects.

  • Monitor utility usage, negotiate contracts, and implement energy-saving initiatives.

  • Streamline operational processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce downtime.

  • Supervise the procurement of materials needed through a competitive and transparent bidding process

  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts

  • Performall duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.

  • Performroutine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and referdefects or needed repairs to supervisor

  • Coordinateand monitorthe status of work orders; estimates, requests, and purchases materials and equipment; and estimates labor costs.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all facility users and visitors.

  • Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance activities, and resource utilization.

  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates on facility operations for management and stakeholders.


Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc, B.Eng, or B.Tech Degree with 3-5 years experience.
