W're looking for a community manager to foster a vibrant and supportive online community that contributes positively to the brand's reputation, engagement rate, and overall success.
WHAT TO DO:
Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
Work with the inbox on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
Monitoring and work with reviews section on Facebook main page
Spotting UGC stories from the inbox and comment section
Moderate Facebook group
Blogging and commenting on celebs' posts on Instagram and Twitter
Brainstorming on creative ideas for our social media platforms
Sharing client leads from our social media platforms to our marketing team
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
At least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Impeccable literacy
Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
Superb time management skills
Knowing Facebook and Google policies will be a plus
