Maintenance Management:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, systems, and facilities.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Monitor the performance of contractors, vendors/service providers to ensure quality work and adherence to timelines.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, cleaners, security and other facility-related personnel.
- Organize relocations and layout changes to accommodate changing business needs.
Health and Safety:
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address safety concerns promptly.
Utilities Management:
- Oversee the management of utilities such as electricity, water, heating, and cooling systems to ensure optimal usage and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.
Others:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and protocols to handle various crisis situations effectively.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and manage service agreements.
- Develop and manage the facility budget, including expenses related to maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
