Job Description



  • Maintain various agreements, documents, forms, and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).

  • Providing support to other departments and managers.

  • Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.

  • Maintain cleanliness of office premise and equipment and manage office equipment.

  • Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.

  • Routinely re-order on office and departmental supplies.

  • Gathering, migrating, storing, and distributing information within the company.

  • Updating admin related information/data into the MIS.

  • Providing telecommunication management.

  • Assisting the IT team in taking a back-up of data/information as required.

  • Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.

  • Prepare expense report for employees with due input from employee.

  • Complete expense reports after trip.


Job Role Requirements



  • Candidates should possess minimum of B.Sc Degrees in Administration or any related field with 4+ years relevant work experience.

  • Project management qualification is an added advantage.

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, MSOffice).

  • Excellent communication skills with dexterity in interfacing with officials across all levels.

  • A keen eye for detail and Quality Focus.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
