Job Description



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 



  • Develop and oversees implementation of financial strategies and support achievements of organizational strategy 

  • Preparation of annual budgets including operating and capital expenditure budget

  • Compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, Group policies, and internal guidelines

  • Liaise with Auditors (both statutory & Internal) for timely and smooth completion of the audit

  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation

  • Tax management: calculations, bookings, reconciling, and payments

  • Ensure Compliance with statutory Accounting standards and other regulations


JOB REQUIREMENTS: 



  • BSc/HND in Accounting or relevant field.

  • 3+ years of experience in an Asset & Funds Managementt Accountant Role.

  • Professional qualification in Accounting e.g. ACA, ACCA is an added advantage 

  • Sound Knowledge of Accounting and Tax laws and standards.

  • Good knowledge of accounting and analytical skills.

  • Sound experience in the use of Accounting and financial report software

  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and other related software

  • Demonstrable leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills
