Job Responsibilities



  • Provide business research and data collection to develop an analysis of how to improve an aspect of the company’s management, process or efficiency.

  • Prepare reports for Strategy and Operations Manager to help with decision making and drafting communications for internal and external distribution.

  • Assist the Strategy and Operations Manager in collating periodic reports to submit to Directors on all matters of importance.

  • Contribute to the strategic initiatives driven by the department in line with organizational objectives.

  • Act as a liaison with other departments on open Workflow Tasks and projects.

  • Coordinate administrative duties, including organizing files, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, follow-ups and tracking, preparing agendas, preparing and maintaining meeting notes etc.

  • Assist with tracking and monitoring all projects, tasks and deliverables in the Strategy and Operations department.

  • Contribute with the coordination of projects, tasks and deliverables.

  • Work closely with team members and other employees who will help you apply your knowledge and grow your skills on projects and tasks that have a significant impact

  • Identify and support process improvement opportunities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Skills and Requirements



  • 2+ years’ experience as an Operations Officer.

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in business related discipline.

  • MBA is an added advantage.

  • Project Management experience or knowledge is desirable.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with personal computer software, including Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different groups and teams

  • Interested in learning and self-development

  • Accountable and ability to work with diverse teams

  • Ability to organize, collate and develop data, schedules etc.

  • Excellent time management skill

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements
