Job Purpose Statement
- The individual on this role will work within the digital marketing team to ensure the smooth planning and execution of all digital brand and product campaigns across the all businesses.
- They are also a key-player to the digital team with the responsibility of driving and achieving the following objectives;
- To improve sales of products via all digital touch-points by ensuring all campaigns are optimized, pulling traffic and targeting the right audience.
- To prepare, manage and ensure efficient ad spend budget for always-on ads (Product & Brand) and achieving set business objectives.
- To track monitor and report all promotion activities for each business across all digital assets and make adjustments were needed.
- To collaborate and manage with the digital agency performance team on executing media strategies for all campaigns.
- To manage the SEO strategy across the businesses.
- To devise lead generation processes and tactics for product led campaigns.
- To ensure campaign briefs are deployed in clear and concise manner to the agency team with timelines and KPI’s
- To collaborate and support the telemarketing team to achieve weekly, monthly and overall sales targets.
- To prepare, review monthly media budget and campaign plans before deployment.
- To supervise execution and performance for all campaign across all the digital touch points for all businesses.
- To optimize conversion rates across all digital touch points.
- To prepare weekly and monthly management report on all campaign activities.
- Improve sales funnel via all of our digital touch points and ensure full optimization.
- To track and monitor all key growth metrics that help achieve brand and sales objectives
Qualifications
Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized University (Business administration, Mass communication, Computer science or Marketing) and a Master’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Agency experience in Account management, Media strategy, Media buying & planning and Campaign execution.
- Relevant digital planning skill across Google ad network / SEO / Keyword planning and social media ad management and other 3rd party ad platforms.
- 1-3year’s work-experience in digital media planning and budgeting, campaign execution with agency experience.
- Must have hands experience in managing vendors within a corporate organization.
- Strong experience in numbers and use of excel, collating reports, lead generation planning and execution.
