JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruit assigned numbers of new agents on RemitaAgent app.
- Provide prompt agent supports from onboarding to transaction processing
- Promptly respond to agent issues on the Zoho platform
- Collaborate with the product, tech, marketing, and support team towards quicker resolution of app
- related issues.
- Prepare accurate reports of daily transactions by agents
- Update RemitaAgent training manual to ensure adequate knowledge share and DIY approach for agents
- Provide first level supports to RemitaAgent aggregators.
- Carry out other job-related tasks that may assigned by the Line Manager
Course of Study:
- Accounting/Economics/Finance, Computer Science or Communication/Sociology.
Experience:
Applicants must have completed the compulsory NYSC programme.
