JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Recruit assigned numbers of new agents on RemitaAgent app.

  • Provide prompt agent supports from onboarding to transaction processing

  • Promptly respond to agent issues on the Zoho platform

  • Collaborate with the product, tech, marketing, and support team towards quicker resolution of app

  • related issues.

  • Prepare accurate reports of daily transactions by agents

  • Update RemitaAgent training manual to ensure adequate knowledge share and DIY approach for agents

  • Provide first level supports to RemitaAgent aggregators.

  • Carry out other job-related tasks that may assigned by the Line Manager


Course of Study:



  • Accounting/Economics/Finance, Computer Science or Communication/Sociology.


Experience:



  • 0-2 Years


Applicants must have completed the compulsory NYSC programme.
